-Typically, we take 5-7 business days. During busier seasons like December, it might extend to 7-10 business days.

How long does it take for the item to arrive at my house?
- From the moment of purchase, including the creation time, you can expect your lightbox to arrive in an estimated 2-3 weeks. Please note that delivery times may slightly vary due to high shipping company workloads.

Which shipping companies do you use?
- For lightboxes smaller than 18", we use E-package parcels. For larger orders exceeding 20", we opt for DHL Express or UPS, Fedex. 

Do the lightboxes have RGB function and sound interaction?
- Acrylic Stand and RGB+Sound Interaction isn't include, if you need, you need buy it separatly.And the accessories are not shipped separately, they need to be shipped together with the light box
